How to send a parcel at a J&T drop point
- Pack and seal the parcel. Use a box or thick pouch; the counter staff weigh and measure it.
- Have the recipient's details ready: full name, phone number and address with postcode.
- Create the waybill. Fill it in at the counter, or show the booking if you created the shipment in the J&T app beforehand.
- Pay and keep the receipt. The waybill number on it is your tracking number.
Dropping off Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop orders
Sellers whose orders ship with J&T print the platform's J&T label and hand the parcel in at a J&T drop point; no counter waybill is needed. Check that the label shows J&T Express before you go, because platforms also use other couriers.
J&T drop point opening hours
Hours are set by each drop point. Many open every day, including weekends, from about 9am to 8pm, but some close earlier or on public holidays. The Google Maps listing shows each outlet's hours and the Open now filter hides closed ones.
