What you can do at a Ninja Point
- Drop off a parcel that already has a Ninja Van label or booking.
- Collect a parcel after a missed delivery, when tracking shows To collect.
- Return an online order through Ninja Van.
Ninja Van says there are over 5,500 Ninja Points across Malaysia, mostly in convenience stores, pharmacies and other neighbourhood shops.
How to drop off at a Ninja Point
- Create the shipment first, in the Ninja Van app or through the seller or platform, so the parcel has a label.
- Seal the parcel and attach the label where it can be scanned.
- Hand it in at the counter and keep the receipt or confirmation; the tracking ID is on it.
Collecting a parcel
When tracking shows To collect, it names the Ninja Point holding your parcel. Bring the tracking ID and your identity card during the shop's opening hours, and collect promptly; parcels left too long go back to the sender.
Independent tool: The Bukit Besi is not affiliated with Ninja Van. Branch locations, hours and directions come from Google Maps.
