Ninja Van tracking ID format
- Malaysian Ninja Van tracking IDs usually start with
NV,NVMYorMYNJV. - Length varies, typically 11 to 18 letters and digits, because part of the ID comes from the shipper.
- Some marketplace orders show the seller's or platform's own reference instead; the Ninja Van ID is under the order's shipping information.

Ninja Points: pick-up and drop-off
Ninja Points are partner shops where you can drop off parcels, collect missed deliveries and send returns. Ninja Van says there are over 5,500 across Malaysia.
- When tracking shows To collect, the page names the Ninja Point holding your parcel.
- Bring the tracking ID and your identity card, and go during the shop's opening hours.
- Collect promptly; parcels left too long are returned to the sender.
